Shipping

Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days of processing before shipping. Transit time depends on destination and carrier conditions. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Standard U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders of $85 or more receive free standard U.S. shipping automatically.

Returns & order issues

If an item doesn't fit, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy for details. Outside of size exchanges, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or color preference. Please review the product measurements before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email contact@crowlinegolf.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
